Based on years of experience within its own production unit of Sedac-Meral Group, Sedac Engineering has acquired priceless knowledge in the field of the full automatic processing of thin-walled pipes and the processing of strip steel (mould construction).

These realisations, allow Sedac Engineering to offer prototype installations, starting from the engineering (3D-design) until the actual construction, mounting, electric steering and operation on site.

Therefore Sedac Engineering disposes of a team of enthusiastic designers-draughtsmen (One Space Designer Modelling), an own metal removal section (2 CNC-machines and a wire-electro-erosion installation), a workshop for the construction (also welding) and assembly of installations. The company also takes care of the electricity (electrical schemes (E-plan)), the building of electrical cabinets and the programming (Siemens S7), all done by its own staff.

All these facilities enable Sedac Engineering to come up with and to create an effective solution for all your problems. This can either be the full automation of the production unit, the adjustment and optimisation of parts of the installation or simply the replacement or supply of the mechanical or electrical component of an automation project.
