Automatic lath line

Production line for the automatic lathing of bed frames, the automatic packing-up and piling of finished bed frames.

Specifications:

• Small bed frames : 240 pieces/hour;
• Large bed frames : 120 pieces/hour;
• Quick conversion from large to small bed frames.

Functioning:

• Separation and manipulation of the frames from their pallet;
• The fitting of plastic end caps on the wooden laths;
• Supply of the wooden laths to the manipulator which positions them at the required spacing and secures them onto the metal frames;
• Securing of the wooden laths onto the metal frame;
• Affixing an etiquette;
• Covering the bed frames with shrink wrap;
• Automatic piling of the packaged bed frames onto wooden pallets (with pallet supply);

Automatic output of the pallet.
